These GENERAL TERMS govern the relationship between HappyTeam LTD OOD, hereafter referred to as HappyTeam LTD, on the one hand, and users of websites and services located on the HappyTeam LTD domain below Users) on the other.

HappyTeam LTD Ltd is registered as a personal data administrator and has a Personal Data Administrator Certificate No. 429694.
Please read the published Terms and Conditions before using the information and commercial services offered by HappyTeam LTD (referred to as Services). By visualizing HappyTeam LTD, each User automatically complies with the terms and conditions described below.
This document contains information about HappyTeam LTD ‘s activity and the general terms and conditions of use of the services provided by HappyTeam LTD, governing the relationship between us and each of our users.
Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions is a necessary and necessary condition for the conclusion of the contract between the User and HappyTeam LTD.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Art. 1 The services provided by the HappyTeam LTD to the User constitute information society services within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act.
Art. 2. HappyTeam LTD is available on the site HappyTeam LTD, through which Users have the ability to conclude service contracts on the services offered by HappyTeam LTD, including but not limited to granting discounts, cashbacks and other forms of promotional terms using the site-specific services offered by partner sites and others.
(2) In order to benefit from the offered discounts, preferential prices and other services, the Users do not pay any fees, costs or any price.
(3) The End User Service is offered by a HappyTeam LTD partner site and HappyTeam LTD is not responsible for the accurate and complete execution of the service ordered. HappyTeam LTD provides a link to the site offering the service, where the User can take a closer look at the service provider’s terms and conditions.
(4) The offered service is considered to be provided with the possibility of using a preferential price, cashback or other types of service explicitly specified in the interface of HappyTeam LTD. HappyTeam LTD provides the necessary information to enable the User to effectively use the preferential terms offered.
IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION. PERSONAL DATA
Art. 3 (1) HappyTeam LTD identifies Users of the site by storing log files on the server of HappyTeam LTD and the User’s IP address.
(2) HappyTeam LTD has the right to collect and use information about Users after their registration. The information by which the person can be identified may include name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, and any other information voluntarily provided by the person upon registration. The information includes any other information that the User enters, uses or provides when using the Services provided by HappyTeam LTD.
(3) Users can only register after a HappyTeam LTD invitation.
(4) The registration shall be done only through the user’s email.
Art. 4 (1) HappyTeam LTD shall exercise due diligence and responsibility for the protection of User information that has become known to him regarding the registration subject to these Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental occurrence or malicious acts of third parties.
(2). In the registration form completed by the User at the time of registration, HappyTeam LTD indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of refusing to provide it. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that the information about him/her will be processed in the manner provided for therein.
(3) The restrictions under para. 1 shall not apply in the event that HappyTeam LTD becomes subject to the obligation to provide personal information to the User to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Art. 5 (1) HappyTeam LTD collects and uses the information under Art. 4 for the purposes provided in these General Terms, as well as for offering new Consumer goods and/or services (free or paid). The described purposes for which the information is used are not exhaustively listed and do not imply HappyTeam LTD obligations.
(2) By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes of this Agreement and direct marketing.
Art. 6 (1) The User may register by filling in the relevant online registration form, available online on the Internet at the site of HappyTeam LTD, agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions and declaring that he is qualified.
(2) By pressing the virtual button “Registration” having the force of a written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, stating that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, accepts them and is committed to complying with them. By registering it on a corresponding medium on the server of HappyTeam LTD, through an accepted standard for transformation in a technical way allowing its reproduction, the electronic statement acquires the quality of an electronic document within the meaning of the cited law. “HappyTeam LTD may shop in the log files on its server the IP address of the User as well as any other information necessary to identify and reproduce its electronic statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Internet at HappyTeam LTD in a way that allows it to be shops and reproduced.
(3) When completing the application for registration, the User is obliged to provide complete and correct data regarding the identity (for individuals), the legal status (for the legal persons) and the other required by the electronic form of HappyTeam LTD and update them within 7 (seven) days of their change. The user declares that he agrees to provide the required personal data, ensuring that the data he provides during the registration process is true, complete and accurate, and updates the latter in a timely manner. In the event of inaccurate data being provided, HappyTeam LTD may terminate or suspend without delay the provision of services as well as the maintenance of the User’s registration.
Art. 7 (1) Upon registration, the User receives a unique username and password to access the services available through the HappyTeam LTD website.
(2) The user name with which the User registers do not give him any rights other than the right to use the specific username within the HappyTeam LTD site.
(3) The registrant in the capacity of a representative of a legal person shall be obliged to enter his full name and address, respectively. the name of the legal entity he represents. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, it guarantees and confirms that it has a contractual relationship with the registered user company. When entering incorrect or misleading information, the party is deprived of the right to access the services on the HappyTeam LTD website.
(4) The user is obliged to take all care and to take the necessary measures that are reasonably practicable in order to protect his / her password and not to disclose his / her password to third parties and to immediately notify HappyTeam LTD in the event of unauthorized access, as well as in probability and suspicion of such unauthorized access. He bears the responsibility and risk of protecting his password, as well as for all actions performed by him or by a third party using his password.
Art. 8 (1) The user has the right to access online services provided through the site of HappyTeam LTD, subject to the conditions and access requirements defined by HappyTeam LTD. In order to be able to use the services, the User should enter his username and password.
(2) The user has the right to access and on-line correction of the personal data provided at the registration.
ORDER
Art. 9 (1) The user may use the services provided by HappyTeam LTD by explicitly and detailedly described the instructions in the site interface for each individual service.
Art. 10 (1) In order to declare an order, the User must register or identify in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these General Terms, as well as enter into the system by identifying with username and password.
(2) It is necessary for the User to confirm the order through the interface.
(3) When making an order, the User receives confirmation that his order has been accepted.
REFUSAL OF CONTRACT AND REPLACEMENT
Art. 11 (1) (1) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason without due compensation or penalty within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the User or by a third party.
(1) (2) HappyTeam LTD gives unambiguous information to any offered service that the User loses its right of withdrawal after the service is fully executed. The user explicitly agrees to this before the contract is concluded.
(2) In order to exercise this right under this clause, the User must clearly notify HappyTeam LTD of his decision to withdraw from the contract by personalizing the services by providing all the details of the completed order.
(3) HappyTeam LTD publishes a form of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract on its site.
(4) For exercising the right of withdrawal, HappyTeam LTD provides the consumer with the option to fill in and electronically send through the website the standard withdrawal form or other unambiguous application. In these cases, HappyTeam LTD immediately sends the user a confirmation of receipt of the refusal on a durable medium.
ADVERTISING
Art. 12 (1) The user is entitled to claim for any non-conformity of the service with the agreed/ordered.
(2) The claim shall be submitted orally to the address given by HappyTeam LTD or in writing, by email, by mail or by the address of the company. HappyTeam LTD provides access to a claim form on its site.
(3). When a claim is made, the user indicates the subject matter of the claim, the preferred way of claiming the claim, or the amount claimed, and the address, telephone number and contact email.
(4) When submitting a claim, the consumer shall also attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:
1. receipt or invoice;
2. protocols, acts or other documents establishing the non-conformity of the goods or services with the agreed;
3. other documents establishing the claim on grounds and size.

(5) The making of a claim is not an obstacle to bringing an action.
(6) HappyTeam LTD maintains a record of claims. A document is sent to the User at the specified email, indicating the number of the claim from the register and the type of the goods.
(7) When HappyTeam LTD satisfies the claim, it shall issue an act in duplicate and shall provide one copy to the User.
WARRANTIES
Art. 13 Consumers benefit from the warranty periods provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
UNIQUE TERMINATION
Art. 14 “HappyTeam LTD is entitled, at its sole discretion, without giving notice to unilaterally terminate the contract if it finds that the services provided are used in violation of these general conditions, the legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria and the generally accepted moral norms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Art. 15 (1) Intellectual property rights in all materials and resources located on the HappyTeam LTD ‘website (including the available databases) are subject to copyright protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belonging to the HappyTeam LTD or the person designated as having the right to use HappyTeam LTD and cannot be used in violation of applicable law.
(2) When copying or reproducing information beyond what is permissible, as well as any other violation of intellectual property rights in the resources of HappyTeam LTD, HappyTeam LTD has the right to claim compensation for the sufferers direct and indirect damage in full.
(3) Unless expressly agreed, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute or otherwise disclose the information resources posted on the HappyTeam LTD website.
Art. 16 (1) HappyTeam LTD undertakes to exercise due care to enable the User to have normal access to the services provided.
(2) HappyTeam LTD has the right to disable or delete the username and password for accessing the user’s profile if the latter violates the intellectual property rights of HappyTeam LTD on those contained on the website its elements – objects of intellectual property.
(3) HappyTeam LTD reserves the right to discontinue access to the services provided after giving notice to the user’s profile. HappyTeam LTD is entitled, but not an obligation, at its sole discretion to delete information resources and materials posted on its site.
TERMINATION AND DEPARTURE OF THE CONTRACT
Art. 17 (1) Except as provided in these General Terms, the agreement between the parties shall also be terminated upon termination of the activity of HappyTeam LTD or termination of maintenance of its website.
(2). Upon termination of the contract, HappyTeam LTD disables the user profile and deletes the password to access the user profile.
Art. 18 Except as outlined above, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving one week’s notice to the other party in the event of non-performance of the obligations under the contract.
Art. 19 The written form of the contract is deemed to be met by sending an email message, pressing an electronic button on a content page to be filled in or selected by the User, or a checkbox on the website, etc. similar, insofar as the statement is recorded technically in a way that enables it to be reproduced.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Art. 21 Users can use the European Dispute Resolution Online Platform (ODR) available at / http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ – a single access portal that allows EU users and traders to settle disputes between themselves yours
SAFEGUARD CLAUSE
Art. 22 The parties declare that if any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid, this will not result in the invalidity of the entire contract or any of its parts. The invalid clause will be replaced by the mandatory rules of the law or the established practice.
AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Art. 23 (1) “HappyTeam LTD undertakes to notify Users of any amendments to these General Terms and Conditions within 7 days of the occurrence of this circumstance at the User’s email address.
(2) When disagreeing with the amendments to the General Conditions, the Consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without indemnity or indemnity. In order to exercise this right, the User shall notify
HappyTeam LTD within one month of receipt of the notice under the preceding paragraph.
(3) In the event that the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract in the manner stipulated in these General Terms, the amendment is deemed to have been accepted by the User without objection.
APPLICABLE LAW
Art. 24 For all matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
